Mike St. Amant
On behalf of the OSTC Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce that Mike St. Amant has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Owen Sound Transportation Company, effective July 21, 2025.
Mike started in June 2022 and served as OSTC’s Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since October 2022. Mike has held senior positions with two federal Crown corporations – the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority and Canada Post Corporation.
Mike has demonstrated exceptional financial and executive leadership as the Interim CFO. Today’s announcement acknowledges his significant contributions and reflects the Board’s confidence in his operational guidance. This decision provides clear direction as the agency continues to proudly fulfill its ministry mandate.
