Celebrate the MS Chi-Cheemaun’s Return to the Owen Sound Harbour!
Owen Sound, Ont. – With the 2025 sailing season wrapping up, we invite the community to join us in welcoming the MS Chi-Cheemaun back to her winter berth at the west wall of the Owen Sound Harbour. The iconic ship is scheduled to arrive at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025.
Bring your noisemakers, flags and pompoms as we transform the waterfront into an exciting display of sound, colour and celebration!
Adding to the excitement, the renowned Owen Sound City Band will perform a vibrant concert from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. (weather permitting) to ring in the ferry’s arrival.
Don’t miss this signature community moment—a joyful tradition that brings Owen Sound together to celebrate the end of another unforgettable sailing season.
