Be aware of scams. If you receive an “update your account” email claiming to be from OSTC, its not from us. Don’t click the links and please report it to us.
We’ve received reports of fraudulent emails asking customers to “log in and update their account” via a link. These emails are not from us.
Please don’t click any links in these messages. If you’ve already clicked a link and entered your login details, please phone us using the number provided on our contact page to have your password changed your password with us immediately. If you use that same password for other online services or businesses, please change your passwords for those accounts as well.
We will never ask you to update your account details by email. If you’re ever unsure whether a message is genuinely from us, contact us directly before clicking anything.
